Responsibilities include the development, coordination, and administration of all Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs programs and services. This includes oversight of Competitive Sports procedures, supervisors and mentoring of students in the areas of risk management, customer service, and event supervision.

Responsibilities include all repairs and preventative maintenance for all bowling, computer scoring, and billiards equipment in the Bowling & Billiards Center, as well as maintaining records on inventory and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include all repairs and preventative maintenance for cardiovascular, strength and sport equipment in the Student Fitness Center, as well as maintaining records on inventory and maintenance activities.

Kinsey Weaver

Responsibilities include the daily operation of Campus Recreation indoor and outdoor facilities. This includes the Student Fitness Center and McCormick Hall, Redbird Adventure Center, and other smaller recreation spaces. This position oversees aquatics and facility maintenance operations and is responsible for training and mentoring students in the areas of risk management, customer service, and facility inspections.

Responsibilities include the daily operation of Campus Recreation indoor and outdoor facilities. This includes the Student Fitness Center and McCormick Hall, Campus Recreation Operations building on Gregory Street and other smaller recreation spaces. This position oversees Welcome Desk operations, including membership sales and locker and equipment rentals, and is responsible for training and mentoring students in the areas of risk management, customer service, cash transaction processing, and facility inspections.

Responsible for providing business support for the department. This includes, but is not limited to, processing and reconciling revenue and expenditure transactions, utilizing existing University systems to do entries and produce reports, managing payroll deduction activities, and preparing deposits.

Angel Seal
Office Support Specialist
Responsibilities include being a receptionist for the Campus Recreation administrative office suite and primary support for the student employment hiring process; scheduling, creating all job postings for student employee positions; solicitation and compilation of information from program managers, preparing applications for program manager review, maintaining roster tracking, preparing needed documents, creating appropriate folders for hiring process based on the security and documentation needs of up to 25 different student positions, maintains student forms, files, accounts, organizing presentation and participant materials administering Student Team uniform inventory, and managing the internal on-boarding process for all student team members including processing all hiring paperwork. Angel also provides departmental support in areas including fleet management and inventory control.
