Program Design
Depending on what program option your group chooses, our facilitators will incorporate a variety of design components to help your group achieve specific goals. Groups are led through a series of fun and increasingly challenging activities that start on the ground and move up from there.
High Ropes
Our High Ropes Course develops teams by utilizing a variety of challenges fifteen to 27 feet in the air. The course features 27 different elements, 80% of which are universally adaptable for people of all abilities.
Low Ropes
Low ropes elements are set structures that range in height from 2 feet to 12 feet and offer a more complex challenge to your group.
Virtual Options
Even when distanced from each other, teams are continuing to problem solve. The Adventure program is here to support your success. Using a ZOOM based platform our team will facilitate activities that connect people and build community. Many activities that we can do in-person translate smoothly to digital platform and are designed to build skills over a series of experiences. Through facilitated reflection, groups will earn how to set goals, strategize, problem-solve, make decisions, communicate effectively, and value difference. It is preferred that individuals participate on a laptop or computer to have full access to all digital feature
Indoor Options
Team Building activities can occur in a gym, classroom, or other indoor setting. These activities mainly occur on the ground and initially set the tone for the day. The level of challenge increases as the activities become more complex. These programs can occur in a location that fits your needs.
Flightpath to Leadership
Our Flightpath to Leadership program is perfect for an all-inclusive experience to our Team Building Program. This pre-packaged four-hour program utilizes experiential activities to educate individuals and groups on the Social Change Model of Leadership. Individuals will learn and practice the values that are part of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development in order to better understand themselves as leaders, how they impact the group, and how to build equity and social justice in their community. The Social Change Model develops leadership qualities in all participants, helps clarify core group values, improve collaboration, service and citizenship. Through completion of this program individuals will become co-pilots within their organization, will re-focus on their core values, and will be empowered to work towards change.
Indoor High Ropes
Even in adverse weather, high ropes elements are available to your team. Your group can develop cooperation, support, and trust through at our indoor climbing wall, milk crate stacking, and flying squirrel elements that take members from 12 to 47ft off the ground.
