• Assistant Director, Financial Operations

  The Assistant Director, Financial Operations manages the planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating of all Campus Recreation and Redbird Esports department business functions including policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with all federal, state and university requirements. This position will supervise two full-time staff and up to 3 business interns. And serve as a member of the leadership team for the department.

• Coordinator Facilities

  This position is responsible for the daily operation of all Campus Recreation indoor and outdoor facilities. This includes the Student Fitness Center and McCormick Hall, Gregory Street Fields Complex, Redbird Adventure Center and High Ropes Course, Campus Recreation Operations building on Gregory Street fields and other smaller recreation spaces. The position is responsible for training and/or mentoring over 80 students in the areas of risk management, customer service, cash transaction processing, and facility inspections. The position may also supervise 1 graduate assistant and 1 Maintenance Mechanic.
