Fitness Philosophy
Throughout my fitness journey, one of my main takeaways has been to have fun and enjoy the process. I found my passion for fitness in lifting weights, but there are many other ways that I enjoy movement. I practice badminton weekly and enjoy learning different sports like mixed martial arts. There are a variety of ways to integrate movement into your life, and I want to help you find what works best for you. I can guarantee that by us working together, you will enjoy the process of achieving your goals! I began to gain confidence in and out of the gym when I started lifting heavier. It is amazing to see what your body is capable of, and I want everyone to experience that feeling. My personal goal for my clients is to look at exercise as a lifelong journey. Exercise is helpful for our physical health but is also greatly beneficial for mental health. This is something I am passionate about because it shows that exercise is more than the physical benefits. I am excited to learn about what type of movement interests you. If you do not know what that is now, I can assure you that by working together we will find your passion!

Fitness Philosophy
I believe fitness gives you great physical benefits but the positive mental benefits are unbeatable. Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, and ADHD. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood. One of the best things about fitness is that you don’t need prior workout experience to get started! I want to teach my clients that fitness can be extremely easy when you find out what works for you and make it fun! Everyone’s fitness journey goes down different paths, but as long as you enjoy what you do and stay consistent with it, then you will find success. I look forward to working with you and guiding you along your fitness journey!

Fitness Philosophy
I believe that exercise is a very important part of life and living a healthy lifestyle. I have always been very active for my whole life, as I grew up playing many different sports, my favorites being Basketball and Baseball. In high school I ran Cross Country and Track, and I believe that background of fitness also benefits me as a trainer to help others as well. Besides sports, exercise served as an outlet for me as a positive way to use all my energy, to release stress, and to help relax and unwind. I also grew up always being very interested in the human body and how it works, which is why I chose to major in Exercise Science. So not only is Exercise an interest of mine, I also plan on making it my profession. As a trainer, I look forward to helping others achieve their goals, develop fitness into their lifestyles, and to help all my clients see personal improvement. I know that although everyone may not be as passionate about fitness and exercise as I am, if you are willing to work hard and have fun along the way, I am excited about working with you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be!

Fitness Philosophy
I started my fitness journey in 8th grade and have fallen in love with fitness since then. Outside of the Student Fitness Center, I train for powerlifting and am currently working towards participating in another powerlifting meet. I also love to hike, take walks, bike, and perform H.I.I.T and sprint routines. With this background, rest assured I will keep our workouts fun and exciting! Overall, I believe that our human bodies are meant to be active. The mental/physical connection that fitness provides is essential to maintaining a healthy balance in life. Fitness also teaches patience, dedication, perseverance, and is a good stress reliever in the middle of your day. A moving body is a healthy body and as a personal trainer, I will help you strive to reach your full potential and have plenty of “AHA!” moments in a safe environment. I would love to work with you to achieve your goals!

Fitness Philosophy
I believe that exercise and fitness are crucial aspects of a healthy lifestyle. I have always been a very active individual as I grew up playing multiple sports. In high school, I excelled in Football and Lacrosse and this is where I would find my love for weightlifting and training with others. Outside the gym, you can often find me coaching as I help coach high school Lacrosse and I have coached several youth basketball teams. These experiences have pushed me down the path of helping others reach their goals and giving them the tools to exceed these goals. I plan to work with my clients to find out what they enjoy and explore all possible options to continue to produce growth. I believe that fitness provides essential life balance and skills. Fitness teaches consistency, dedication, patience, and a hard work ethic and is a great stress reliever. With this being said I will bring positive energy to each training session and just ask in return that you are open-minded and honest with me. I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals. I’m excited to work with you soon!

Fitness Philosophy
I believe that fitness and exercise should play a role in the lives of every individual. I have found fitness to be a powerful factor in my life, and my goal is to help others find that same passion and joy that it has brought me. I plan to do this by working with my clients to find what type of exercises they really enjoy, and to help them explore their options. I feel that doing this will help build habits that then stick for life. I plan to bring a positive and exciting energy to each session, and in return I ask for you to come ready to get better! I can’t wait to start our journey together!

Fitness Philosophy
Fitness is the gateway to a happy and healthy lifestyle. My entire life has dealt with the involvement of athletics and fitness to keep me busy and healthy. From being a gymnast for 10 years to playing varsity volleyball and softball. Having these sports in my life has pushed me to pursue my passions for fitness and strength in men and women. After accomplishing a very active lifestyle early on, I have decided to train as a bodybuilder for upcoming events and meets. My passion consists of cardiovascular health, muscle, and strength training. Along with remembering the importance of form and mobility training. When I enter the gym, I have one main goal: to better myself or the client I may be training. My end goal is to help all my clients accomplish their goals, and truly learn to enjoy the atmosphere of the gym and a healthy lifestyle.

Fitness Philosophy
I believe anyone can be fit. I grew up active, but I was never truly fit. Then I found exercise, specifically functional fitness training, and it changed my life! I want to see exercise change yours too! I believe that the effort you put in is directly proportional to the results you will see. If you give your all, you will see better results than if you just coast through life. I want to help you get good at life; not just exercise. The habits you will develop training with me will directly translate to your everyday life. Health is all-encompassing. If your physical health improves, your mental health can be positively affected, as well as many other aspects of health! I also believe that fitness, done right, is never boring! We will travel this new path together, and we will have a blast along the way!
